2020年底,東航集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)完成(cheng)(cheng)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)層面股(gu)權多(duo)元化改革,順利組建(jian)東航集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)新(xin)一屆(jie)董(dong)(dong)事會(hui)(hui)(hui)。董(dong)(dong)事會(hui)(hui)(hui)由11名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)董(dong)(dong)事構成(cheng)(cheng),其(qi)中內(nei)部(bu)董(dong)(dong)事4名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),外(wai)部(bu)董(dong)(dong)事7名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。東航集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)董(dong)(dong)事會(hui)(hui)(hui)自正(zheng)式投(tou)(tou)入運作(zuo)以來,制度體系不斷建(jian)立(li)健全(quan),組織架構日趨完善,董(dong)(dong)事會(hui)(hui)(hui)設立(li)戰略與(yu)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、審(shen)計(ji)與(yu)風險委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、薪酬與(yu)考核(he)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、提名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui),其(qi)中,戰略與(yu)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)和(he)提名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)中外(wai)部(bu)董(dong)(dong)事占多(duo)數,審(shen)計(ji)與(yu)風險管理委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)和(he)薪酬與(yu)考核(he)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)中全(quan)部(bu)為外(wai)部(bu)董(dong)(dong)事。
